| The second - consolidation course phase - is designed to teach participants progressive knowledge and know-how (especially in the disciplines of improvisation - theatre - object-based theatre - dance and choreography) - educational and social skills achieved through focussed teaching - a thorough exploration of appropriate methods and know-how in the field of group dynamics. This phase is based around the participants getting more self-confidence ? and a firm grasp of their materials. It aims at the extension of trainer skills through specific training units organised by the participants. Teaching of organisational and administrative competence. |
