Erasmus+ Capacity Building project transforming circus trainer education across Latin America and Europe.
Addressing the lack of professional recognition and structured training in the sector, the consortium develops a Competence Framework adapted to Latin American realities, aligned with European standards. The project implements EQAVET quality systems in Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs across Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, and Brazil, fostering sustainable employability and political advocacy for the circus arts profession.

With FEECSE (Spain) as Project Coordinator, CIRCONSENSO advances through EYCO’s leadership in Quality & Evaluation (WP6) and active contribution to Dissemination (WP7). As the European umbrella organization for socio-educational circus, EYCO coordinates the project’s evaluation framework, facilitates internal monitoring processes, and ensures alignment with the external expertise provided by Francisca Arbizu on EQAVET and the Competence Framework. This collaborative structure guarantees that quality assurance flows between Latin American practitioners and European stakeholders.
